Ms. Kelley comes to HomeStreet from the Federal Home Loan Bank Seattle, where she served as vice president and controller and was responsible for all aspects of accounting operation functions for the $36 billion institution. She also served as capital markets financial manager at General Electric and as derivatives accounting and hedging manager at Toyota. Earlier in her career, she was a senior auditor for the financial services sector at Ernst & Young.
