After 20 years of managing a variety of global functions for software giant Microsoft and as a consultant to Fortune 500 companies, Claire Bonilla is joining Seattle-based SightLife as Chief Global Officer. To help SightLife accelerate its goal to eliminate corneal blindness worldwide, Claire will draw on her humanitarian experience at Microsoft where she most recently led its Humanitarian Assistance & Disaster Response business. 

Committed to making a difference in the lives of others, Claire’s global scope covers doing business in all of the major continents and she has been an active supporter in raising the bar of global health, including serving as vice chair of the board of directors for the Washington Global Health Alliance.  Other personal passions include promoting diversity, work life balance and coaching women to find both personal and professional success.
