Each year, JLL Research ranks the top office markets for tech, creating a weighted score based on factors like market momentum, level of education and transit-oriented workforce. The second column shows the top cities for tech wages. Seattle’s average grew by nearly $20,000, or 22 percent, from 2011 to 2016 — one of the most dramatic rises in the nation.
