Billups, the largest independent out-of-home (OOH) advertising company in the U.S., appointed veteran Nicholas Wootten as SVP of Marketing, and is expanding its team nationwide – with several managing and regional director hires in Austin, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York and Seattle.
In Seattle, Simone Davis is joining as Regional Director. Simone is a seasoned veteran with over 20 years of experience in marketing, advertising, media buying and events. In her role as Regional Director, she generates and fosters business opportunities and relationships in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Prior to joining Billups, Simone held roles both in-house and in top out-of-home agencies, working with a wide range of major local and global brands.
