Reshvin Sidhu

Reshvin Sidhu has joined Lane Powell as an Associate on the Labor, Employment & Benefits Team.

Sidhu is an employment litigator who counsels clients on employment disputes and advises companies on employment law compliance. She has experience litigating employment disputes before federal and state courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Washington State Human Rights Commission including: 

• Discrimination claims brought under federal and state anti-discrimination laws, such as Title VII and the Washington Law Against Discrimination;
• Leave laws, including the Family Medical Leave Act;
• Labor matters regulated under the National Labor Relations Act; and
• Wage and hour disputes.

In addition to her legal practice, Sidhu volunteers as a pro bono attorney at the Seattle Clemency Project.

Sidhu received her J.D., cum laude, from Seattle University of Law and her B.A. in Political Science and Government from the University of Washington.
