Patricia Julio

Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King County (Habitat SKC) is pleased to announce it has hired Patricia Julio to the team as Director of Community Engagement.  Julio will lead all community engagement activities for Habitat SKC, including the affiliate’s Neighborhood Revitalization initiative.

Julio brings over 15 years of experience in affordable housing and urban planning.  She was the Neighborhood Revitalization Director for the White Center Community Development Association and more recently, was an urban planning lecturer in Ethiopia. Julio has worked as a housing developer at the King County Housing Authority and SouthEast Effective Development, constructing and rehabbing over 200 units of affordable rental housing. 

She holds a Masters in Urban Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in Community and Environmental Planning, both from the University of Washington.
