Pacific Northwest Firm Expands Development and Lease-Up 
Bench Strength with New Leadership Hire

 

Seattle, Wash. – October 22, 2018 – Award-winning property management firm Thrive Communities(www.thrivecommunities.com) (Thrive) today announced that veteran multifamily real estate professional Amy L. Williams joined the firm’s corporate leadership team as Regional Director.

            

In her new role,Williamswill be responsible for executing a robust market growth strategy for Thrive—including managing the firm’s regional property management team, enhancing the company’s real estate portfolio, and ensuring quality, consistency and profitability for the 10,000 units under management.

Williams has a rich history in multifamily development, management and brokerage. Formerly a senior leader at Security Properties, Williams has also worked for Greystar, Hoyt Realty Group and Trammell Crow Residential. Her expertise includes full development cycle consultation for more than 35 communities spanning the Pacific Northwest. 

 

Williams was a key member of the award-winning project team that received the National Association of Industrial Properties (NAIOP) High Rise Residential Project of the Year Award for Kinects Tower (2018). As a knowledge leader in the real estate sector, Williams is an accomplished public speaker, most recently providing industry insights at the Marcus & Millichap IPA Multifamily Forum in Seattle. 

 

Williams has a Principal Broker real estate license in Oregon and a Managing Broker real estate license in Washington. She holds professional affiliations with the National Apartment Association, National Association of Realtors, Washington Multifamily Housing Association and Portland Metro Association of Realtors. 

 

Williams is also a patron of Seattle Art Museum, a supporter of the Cascade AIDS Project and former board member of the Portland Institute for Contemporary Art. She is also a member of the Downtown Seattle Association, Pearl District Business Association and Pearl District Neighborhood Association.
