Leaf Williams

Tousley Brain Stephens, a Seattle law firm with a national reputation for solving complicated problems and winning cases, announced today the addition of Leaf Williams as the firm’s newest associate attorney.

“We are excited to welcome Leaf to Tousley Brain Stephens,” said Janissa A. Strabuk, managing member of the firm. “Her background and experience managing complex litigation for clients in sectors from real estate to information technology will be a great addition to our firm.”

Leaf’s practice focuses on contract disputes and business torts. She comes to Tousley Brain Stephens from McKool Smith Hennigan PC in Los Angeles where she was a member of the commercial litigation and intellectual property departments. During her four-year tenure, Leaf represented a variety of business clients from real estate companies to a family-owned winery facing a trademark infringement claim.

Previously, Leaf practiced at Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP in Los Angeles where she represented clients in the firm’s commercial litigation and intellectual property departments, including an international consumer electronics company and the publisher of a popular multiplayer online video game.

Leaf received a B.A. with honors in political science from the University of California Berkley. She received her J.D. in 2009 from American University’s Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., where she graduated magna cum laude.

“I’m excited to bring my experience to the team at Tousley Brain Stephens,” Leaf said. “I look forward to contributing to the firm’s tradition of serving as a leader in the Pacific Northwest community.”
