- Frank Rizo has been appointed Vice President and Branch Manager at the Peoples Bank Ballard Financial Center. Frank has been in the banking industry for 28 years and is focused on helping customers – both individuals and businesses – find solutions to their financial needs while exercising good judgment. “The most rewarding part of my job is helping people achieve their financial goals by actively listening to their needs,” said Frank. “I also enjoy resolving issues by providing alternative solutions.” Frank has been a member of the Ballard Chamber of Commerce and plays competitive racquetball.
