Bothell has selected Vulcan Real Estate to help the city create a vibrant new downtown. The project, scheduled to be completed by 2013, will include a new 60,000-square foot city hall, public plazas and pathways, and mixed-use commercial and retail development. Bothells plan includes $150M in public infrastructure improvements. The city estimates the new plan will attract $650 milllion in private investment. Vulcan has won accolades for its renovation of Seattles South Lake Union neighborhood.
